FREQUENTLY ASKED

Do I need any boxing experience?
Not at all. Our Boxing Bootcamp sessions are designed for complete beginners. Our coaches will teach you proper stance, guard and basic combinations from scratch. You will be surprised how much you pick up in your first session.
What should I bring / wear?
Comfortable sportswear, trainers and a water bottle. If you have your own gloves and wraps, bring them. If not, we have spares for your first few sessions while you get kitted out.
Do I need my own gloves?
Not for your first session — we have loan gloves to get you started. If you decide to continue, we recommend investing in your own 12oz or 14oz gloves and hand wraps. We can advise on what to buy.
Is sparring mandatory?
Absolutely not. Sparring is only available to experienced members who have been assessed and approved by a coach. Most of our members train purely for fitness and technique — and that is perfectly fine.
Can I just train for fitness?
Yes — the majority of our members are here for fitness, confidence and stress relief. Our Boxing Bootcamp sessions are designed around conditioning and boxing fitness. You will learn proper technique along the way, but there is zero pressure to compete or spar.
How do I book the free first session?

What if I have an injury or medical condition?
Please let us know before your session so we can adapt exercises where needed. If you have a serious condition, we recommend getting clearance from your GP first. Your safety always comes first.
